Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental the unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before tear down.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party or event, including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water that you can rent.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination, we do not set up on gravel or sand. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. Sandbags are an extra 25$ fee if needed.

YES! We are fully insured and have our permits through the Ohio Department of Agriculture. We are also SIOTO certified which means we are professionally trained on how to properly set up and take down a bouncer. 

We understand weather can be unpredictable and if there’s any chance of bad weather we will contact you in advance and offer a refund on your deposit or any money put down!

If you decline and have us proceed with the set up and bad weather occurs the deposit will be non refundable and you will be charged for the day regardless of the hours you had the equipment.

If bad weather isn’t expected and it still occurs we will cancel and you will get a 100% refund of any money put down or we can reschedule for a later day.

GFCIs are needed for any one of our units and are generally installed where electrical circuits may accidentally come into contact with water. They are most often found in kitchens, bath and laundry rooms, on the side of your building/house and in the garage where electric power tools might be used.

A ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) can help prevent electrocution. If a person’s body starts to receive a shock, the GFCI senses this and cuts off the power before they can get injured.

GFCI outlets are required for all inflatables and each blower requires its own GFCI outlet. If none are available, we do provide a generator at an additional cost.

GFCI outlets need to be within 100 feet of the inflatables destination or a generator will be required.

We are open Friday-Sunday 10am-8pm but can show up as early as 8am depending on our schedule and routes. We will notify you beforehand to discuss the time we will be there. As of right now, we can’t operate during the days Monday-Thursday but we hope to change that one day with your support! WE ARE OPEN FOR ALL HOLIDAYS!!!

We deliver up to 25 miles in most cases but are willing to travel farther depending on the event.

There is a flat fee of 50$ for any distance over 15 miles. Please understand we have to deliver the equipment for set up leave then come back for tear down and sadly I don’t believe gas is getting any cheaper lol.

Yes, a deposit of 25% will be required for any rental. The deposit will be accounted for when full payment is due.

YES! It is very important that someone over the age of 18 is watching at all times. There will be a designated adult who will initial an inspection form and that person will be liable for the things required in the checklist such as following rules and/or guidelines listed on the form/rental agreement and as stated on the unit itself.

YES! Please remove/dispose of any objects including sticks, big rocks, animal droppings or anything that could interfere with the set up of any equipment. We have the right to decline service to anyone who will not follow these steps. 

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before 72 hours. Anything after the 72 hour mark you will forfeit your entire deposit. We understand bad weather occurs and will issue a refund if it occurs the day of.

No. Unless the clean up is beyond normal wear and tare. A little bit of dirt, leaves and debris is expected but any glitter, sand, mud, silly string, food/drink or anything of that nature will result in an extra 100$ cleaning fee. 

Fences are fine! We just need a minimum of 36″ of clearance to get through any gates.

Inflatables must have a  minimum of 15ft clearance away from any power lines.
